Langton N4P will help you find your next job or next member of staff.
If you are working in the Charity, Arts or Not 4 Profit sector we are a leading recruitment agency handling a variety of jobs at all levels across these sectors.
All our consultants have prior experience of working closely with these sectors and are dedicated to ensuring that these organisations are staffed with the best individuals possible.
Our experienced consultants provide a focused and bespoke service to successfully meet the client's resourcing needs. This is achieved through a close working relationship which leads to a process tailored to the client and the remit. We believe in being flexible around our client's needs.
For our clients we can offer recruitment solutions at all levels in their organisations. We are able to recruit Junior Administration and Support Staff through to specialist Fundraisers and Chief Executives. All of our roles are handled by consultants who have worked in the sector for a number of years and can demonstrate a track record in recruiting at these levels.
Our approach to our candidates is also dedicated. We spend time with all our candidates whose careers we are working on, ensuring that we match candidates to not just the right job title, but the right type of role within the right organisation.
Langton N4P believes that in order to reach exceptional individuals today's hiring organisations must be smart, fast, effective and informed.
That is why we have structured our business in such a way to allow us access to all available techniques. This enables us to craft creative and flexible solutions that consistently deliver results within time and budget constraints.
Langton N4P is headed up by two Directors – Heidi Earp and Rebecca du Plessis – one of whom takes the lead on each recruitment campaign.
Heidi Earp has over 7 years experience of working in the recruitment industry and prior to joining Langton was the Manager of the temporary division of another recruitment agency. At Langton N4P, Heidi is responsible for candidate liaison, handling our PSL work and heads up temporary recruitment whilst also overseeing all junior level placements. Outside of work Heidi volunteers for two local charities in Essex and recently was a volunteer at the 2012 Paralympic Games.
Rebecca du Plessis is a psychology graduate who initially worked in marketing before joining the recruitment sector. Rebecca has worked for over 8 years in charity recruitment and prior to joining Langton N4P headed up the Executive Search division of another not for profit recruitment agency. Rebecca manages the senior recruitment at Langton including Trustee posts. Outside of work she is an active member of the National Childbirth Trust.
We have also recently appointed Stephanie Thompson to the position of Business Development Manager. Stephanie's role will be to work with our clients and ensure that as a business we are working harder and smarter in order to find the widest possible pool of candidates in today's challenging climate.
